Murder of Slovak journalist and fiancée goes to court for third time

Slovakia’s Specialised Criminal Court has begun examining the murder of journalist Ján Kuciak and his fiancée Martina Kušnírová for the third time. Judges will revisit the evidence that has convicted the foot soldiers and intermediaries but twice acquitted the man accused of ordering the murder – the influential businessman Marian Kočner.
